Skill Type: Fighting
   
Effect: You have the Grapple ability. In addition, your maximum number of wounds is increased by 2.

Road to Legend

As stated in the FAQ, the Bear Tattoo skill is not used in the Advanced Campaign, and should be set aside for its duration. It was probably removed because it was easier for heroes to corner Lieutenants, grapple them and stop them from fleeing the encounters.

Sea of Blood

The Bear Tattoo skill is not available in the Sea of Blood Advanced Campaign.

II - Tactics

Bear Tattoo is a good skill to have. A hero with Grapple in a corridor can stop enemy figures from attacking weaker heroes behind him (unless they have ranged or magic attacks). It is also possible to push a monster to the wall if the hero ends his movement in the correct space. The +2 wounds is a nice addition as well.
