I - Rules

Skill Type: Subterfuge
   
Effect: When you receive an Off-Hand Bonus, your attack gains +1 Damage. In addition, each time you use a Shield, it cancels 1 additional wound.

Road to Legend

The Ambidextrous skill can be learned at the Forge in the Advanced Campaign.

Sea of Blood

The Ambidextrous skill an be learned at Dallak in the Sea of Blood Advanced Campaign.

II - Tactics

In vanilla Descent, Ambidextrous would have been a lot more useful if it had been a fighting skill instead of a subterfuge skill. Most of the heroes that start with subterfuge skills have high ranged traits and will not use 2 melee weapons or a shield.

At the copper level of the Advanced Campaign, it can be a nice skill to have, but it becomes insignificant later on.
